Bacon Cheese Frittata

This was a super easy recipe. I sauteed some fresh spinach with some minced garlic & mixed that into the egg mixture before baking & it was delicious!!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This is so delicious! Love recipes with Balsamic Vinegar & this is one of my favorites. I tend to make this a little more saucey & serve over rice. Even if you don't have the Bay Leaf this is a great recipe!!!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

LOVE THIS RECIPE! This is the best way to eat Asparagus! I definitely flop the measurements to make with 1 TBSP of Balsamic & 1 TSP for Soy. Before baking the asparagus I sometimes add 1 TSP of minced garlic to add a little more flavor.

Garden Pork Stir-Fry

French Toast Casserole

Cooked this Christmas morning & it was a hit! Cooked it exactly as the recipe called for. I just used the maple brown sugar bread option from Pepperidge Farms. Had leftovers & kept it in the fridge covered & even good re-heated. This casserole has a bread pudding texture.
