Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I made this without making any changes and it turned out great! I did not use the optional nuts.

Eggplant Rollatini
I am making this for the 2nd time this week because we loved it so much! The only change I made was to sub bacon for the meat because that is what we had on hand. It is soooooo good!

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds
These are great! They taste just like the ones they sell at our arena for basketball games! I know I'll use this one over and over! Thanks!
