Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was fantastic! My kids said its a deffinite "keeper" :) I too added a little milk to my second batch to moisten a little.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
I made this with reduced fat sour cream, 2% milk shredded cheddar and lean ham to cut some of the fat . YUM!
