I am married to a wonderfull man. I have an adorable daughter. I moved to the united States 18 years ago from Russia. I like to make quick and easy things. I work full time so when I get home I want to make a quick dinner and spend time with my family. I ussually plan my meals and do my grocery shoping once a week. I am orignally from Tajikistan. My mom thought me how to cook "PLOVE" which is a famouse RICE dish. My mom also gave me her famous russian recipes. I love the holidays! I always host a christmas dinner for my family. We had a great christmas dinner this year. It snowed on christmas! How perfect. I cant find a single delicious recipe to make in a slow cooker. I have tried many recipes and have finaly gave up. Even if it was highly rated (5 stars) I made it, I didnt like it at all. I wish I could find something that was delicious.
