Herb Roasted Pork
This was fantastic. I made it a few weeks ago and am making it again tonight. I switched out the white sugar for brown and the vinegar for balsamic but kept everything the same. Also I used a convection oven and an internal thermometer that my oven has and it was done in under an hour. I will definitely make it again.

A Pad Thai Worth Making
Ok I have now made this like a gazillion times. It is totally awesome. The only changes I made were to add tamarind paste and to double the sauce. Oh I also put in peanut butter. Everyone who has it wants more and the recipe.

World's Best Pasta Sauce!
This sauce is just awesome. THank you John CHandler for submitting this recipe. I found it when I made his lasagna and it is just delicious. Much, much better than store bought sauce. I have made this now like 5 times. :)
