Yummy Cube Steaks
This recipe was simple yet extremely satisfying and one of the best Cube Steak recipes I've prepared. Next time around I think I will add a little bit more Italian Seasoning, Garlic, and maybe a hint of Basil in order to really kick the flavor up a notch!

Mexican Rice II
Easy to Remember. Easy to Prepare. Extremely Delicious. Now reading those three phrases you might wonder why one would give a dish they speak so highly of only four stars. Well to be frank, I have tasted/prepared much better Mexican Rice but that isn't where the genius of this recipe lies. The brilliance of it resides in its straight forward nature which makes it perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. The reason for this is the fact that the recipe maker delivered exactly what they promised and that was Mexican Rice. I found that the ingredient amounts were spot on which really made for a very cohesive/well balanced dish although I did find myself adding a little crushed red pepper just to spice it up a tad but that was purely a personal decision. To sum this all up it may not be the best Mexican Rice dish I’ve ever tasted but it is Mexican Rice in its purest form: Rice, Garlic, Broth, Onions, and Tomato Sauce. Thank you for sharing Mommyto2!
