Butter Bean Burgers
the flavor was ok.... but they are extremely hard to fry. I ended up with mush. sounds crazy but if you leave the crackers and eggs out it could be worked out to make mashed faux-tatos.

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos
I think I boiled mine too long :-( but they were still super good just not that spicy.anyway still worth 5 stars!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III
I didn't have issues with these being flat. I used all butter and they were still wonderful. Didn't have the almond stuff though so I just left it out.
