About this Cook
I am a Mom of 4 litte girls, ages ranging from 9 to brand new. If you consider my husband a child that makes 5. But I still love him dearly. In 2007 he was sent to Iraq, which sucked on so many levels. I couldn't really cook. He is the cook. We used to have wounderful dinner partys. I had to learn quikly. My poor little girls became my guinee pigs, along with some of my friends. Luckly it wasn't so bad. Now I take joy in cooking for them. My husband is constantly telling me how much he loves my cooking and baking. Which is now easer that I'm a stay at home Mom. I so love to cook and bake now. Its at the top of my hobbies.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake bread and bake all kinds of sweets
My cooking triumphs
I can make Flan. Growing up, I watch my mother in horror make it. Not so fond memorys of it. Don't realy know what she did wrong. I just remeber it being an all day event and half the time coming out right.

Quick Italian Vegetable Soup
Sadly I didn't have cabbage, but bock choy work just as good. Came out real yummy. Don't forget to add some Parm Chesse on top. I also paired it with grilled chesse sandwiches. Cant beat it.

Dry Rub for Ribs
My 7 year old, who hates BBQ, loves it. Plan on making this more often, since we all love BBQ and now she does too. Thank You.

Waffles I
This was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I did change it. I separated the egg whites and set them aside. Mixed the egg yokes with the wet ingredients. Then mixed the dry ingredents(I used white wheat flour) and added 1/2 teaspoon of pumkin spice. Next I beat the egg whites to a peak and folded them into the batter. This makes them come out crips. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Left overs we freeze and my kids love putting them into the toaster through out the week. They also love it when I cook some rasins into them. I at least make them once a week.
