Fettuccine Alfredo V

This was excellent! Just a note, I used half and half cream and becel to try and cut down on the fat a little, and so if it still tasted this good I can't even imagine how good it would taste with the real thing! This is going to be a regular.

Chocolate Surprise Milkshake

I used hot chocolate drink mix instead of chocolate drink mix, but otherwise made exactly according to the recipe and it was so good! I will be making this often!

Asparagus with Cranberries and Pine Nuts

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
I was unsure what was meant by cooking the pine nuts until they looked translucent, they just kind of started to brown, but it tasted great anyway! This dish was a great new way to have asparagus and I will make it again.

Honey Butter Yule Ham

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
I used a precooked ham instead of the bone in ham and followed the cooking directions on the wrapper using this glaze. I did not add the cloves. I have never tasted anything so delicious! The glaze was really good with potatoes too! Considering the glaze consisted of only two ingredients but tasted better than anything a gourmet chef could make I would say this recipe is a keeper!

Simple Spice Cake With a Hint of Grapefruit

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2008
I liked how the cake turned out, however, just to warn bakers like me the ingrediants list included milk but in the directions it does not say to add milk. I added it anyway and the cake turned out lovely. The icing did not turn out very well at all (it was like water so I am wondering if the recipe was right) and that's why I am only giving a 3 out of 5.

Cinnamon-Honey Grapefruit

I gave this recipe 4 out of 5 because it made eating a grapefruit in the morning much more bearable. Sweet and yummy and not to tart!

I rarely love salads this much...they are usually so boring. This salad is a taste sensation!
