French Fry Casserole
I made it with Velveeta instead of the Cheez Whiz and used shredded potatoes instead of the french fries. I enjoyed it, my hubby enjoyed it and my picky kids ate it; that makes it rate pretty high in my book.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
I'm not sure exactly how to rate these because I don't like PB cookies. I made them for my hubby and kids and they seemed to enjoy them. I made them without the PB cup as regular cookies because my hubby doesn't like any centers in his PB cookies and they worked out well.

Applesauce-Oat Muffins
They are very dense muffins. I like healthy, but I also like soft.
