About this Cook
I am a PROUD wife of SGT Bost, United States Marine Corps. I have two beautiful boys 3 and 6 and we love to go to the beach, eventhough I don't have the beach body for it! HAHA I LOVE LOVE LOVE to feed people. Back yard parties are my favorite then Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners. Of course b-day parties are awesome too. And Easter and halloween and...ok so I just love to feed people!
My favorite things to cook
EVERYTHING! Desserts are my forte though.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Homestyle old school dash of this pinch of that recipes are a great guide for cooking but more of a baking guideline. *** Seriously, I would post my recipes, but they are on my internal harddrive and most are measurement free, which is great for me, but it will never win me any contests! And my boys are going to have to let their wives live with me for weeks to learn to cook Momma's way if they want Momma style food. Thankfully I dont' have to worry about that for MANY MANY years to come! I just keep teaching them what I do and they LOVE it when I get out the KitchenAide!
My cooking triumphs
Every meal that ends with Wow that was good!
My cooking tragedies
the ew that is what we have to eat?

Easy Mexican Casserole
Chicken....wow instead of beef...still use the taco seasoning when you cook up your chicken. Perfect for those of you looking for a lighter option...YUMM!

Grocery Store Frosting
Amazingly enough, it was too sweet for me which is unheard of, but a good recipe none the less
