I would recommend using butter just on the outside and not between layers. It was to much. The spinach mixture is phenomenal.

Spinach Quiche

SOOOO good. The only thing I would change is adding 3 more eggs and making two quiches out of this. My boyfriend eats this for 3 days straight at every meal until its gone. It is such a hit.

I made this as an appetizer. Also took everyones advice and added about 2 shots of heavy cream. This was delishhhhhh!!!!!!! I prepared everything except the mussels before hand and when I was ready to serve, I warmed up the sauce and then added the mussels. They only took a few minutes to pop open and I was sure to take them out as they opened so I didnt over cook. Thanks for the recipe! Awesome.

Chocolate Butter-Creme Frosting

Honestly best icing for a plain chocolate cake... I needed a go to recipe, and this is now it! To thicken the icing for decorating, just add more confectioners sugar. Want vanilla? Just don't add the chocolate! This is awesome. Thanks for sharing!

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

I made the Mango sauce first (made it creamy), when I tasted it... I didnt like the taste... I almost wanted to doctor it up, but I resisted and I am VERY glad I did. I pulsed the nut mixture as per the suggestions so it was crumbly. Everything went together so well, next time I will add a pinch more red pepper flakes. This was a surperb dish, I was very impressed, and it was easy!

Apple Fritters I

Really good, I couldnt figure out how to core the apples so I just cut them into chunks. I also added some Cinnamon, of which I will add more to next time. I think about 1 1/2 tablespoons will be good. As I fryed them I drained on a paper towel and then popped them in a casserole dish in the oven to keep them hot. Oven should only be on 200 as you dont want to cook them just keep them warm.

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

I used this as my Mousse to go along with 'Aunt Joyce's Chocolate Cake".... lets just say sooo easy and sooo good! My mom had to make a cake for work a few days later and used this as icing. But with sweetened chocolate, and was still good. Awesome recipe will def use again. Thanks!

Aunt Joyce's Chocolate Cake

WOW... this was incredible!!! I really had my doubts as I added water, no eggs and my batter came out so loose. But this cake was by far the best chocolate cake. I actually do not care for cake, but I found myself wanting more. I paired this up with a chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache, and finished it off with some chocolate shavings, delishhhh... My grandfather who's been a chef for years couldnt get over this cake.. def a keeper!!

Chicken and Pasta in a Mango Cream Sauce

WOW, I thought I would really like this recipe, I love mangos, i love cream sauces... I HATED this recipe!! The mango was so sweet, and I just dont think it goes with pasta and chicken! The chicken was very boring as the recipe called for no seasoning. I would use this recipes again, minus the mango and maybe add some crushed red pepper and sliced mushrooms , and doctor the chicken up while raw with some salt, pepper, and cajun spices.... i think the concept was there, but the mango was far too sweet to be mixed with peppers, cream and onions...

Coconut Shrimp I

Holy holy amazing!!!!!!! i have made this before and they dont stick together well and theres barley any coconut on this. These were AMAZING!!!! I made about 30 of them for 5 of us, and they were all gone within 10 min haha... I will be making these again very soon!! Tip, don't make the beer/egg mixture until your ready to dip, when the beers a little foamy in the bowl it makes a better coating. Also you have to put these in the fridge before frying, it helps the batter stick to the shrimp. Awesome recipe, I am so impressed!

Best Lemonade Ever

This was seriously by far the BEST lemonade I have ever tasted!! It is soooo fresh and yummy!! I used fresh squeezed lemons and drained the pits through a collander, which let some of the pulp drain through into the lemonade.... abso fab! Will def make again!!
