Extreme tastes to foods is my specialty. Hot is never hot enough...garli is used by the head not the clove. I love chili and make it an all day procedure. My chili of 6 years ago, it had an instant spice/heat that really kicked you, but left off with a nice sweet taste. From Triumph, I've never been able to duplicate the recipe.
