I'm 14 and an aspiring baker. I love to bake, pies, cookies, cakes, and tarts. I have a very busy schedule since im a student. I do my most baking around the holidays. I admit I'm kind of a show off so when I get the chance to bake something for a large group or my family I always do. Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Tarts On Easter my grandma always bakes a lamby cake (white cake with white frosting and coconut on the outside using a lamb mold) also she bakes, though I've taken over this tradition, a Christmas tree cake on Christmas. I've recently gotten a deal with a little coffee shop to bake cookies in their oven for them (since I've made my own recipe that everyone seems to like). i forgot to put either baking soda or flour into cupcakes and they were a deflated gooey mess!
