Chocolate Praline Layer Cake
Absolutely delicious cake. It's in my top 5 now. Next time I will make it into a 3 layer cake. My 8 inch pans overflowed onto my oven and smoked up the house. I had no problems with the praline sticking to the pan. I used the Pam Baker's spray and released them after cooling for 5 minutes.

Creamy Spiced Coleslaw
I thought I didnt like coleslaw until I made this one. I did swap out half the mayo for greek style plain yogurt and added a bit more pepper since my family loves pepper. It was delicious.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
I made this cake for a family dinner and it's the only time a whole cake has been eaten before the end of the day. I usually take a bunch of leftovers home, but not this time. I did add some Nutella to the filling mixture, but it really didnt need it. I will definately be making this again.
