Juicy Roasted Chicken
SIMPLY delicious! Like many other reviewers, I was a little wary of the recipe at first--it sounded too easy, but I couldn't ignore the high ranking so I gave it a try. I used butter, not margarine and added a little garlic powder. IT WAS GREAT! I may try to cut the butter back a little, but other than that I wouldn't change a thing.
