Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

MMM! This tasted just like it does in the Restaurants! I used mayonaise and it was terrific, but I am curious about the sour cream and will try it with that instead next time. Served with blue corn chips.. yummy!

Stuffed Peppers My Way

These were good, but the cook time is way too long and my boyfriend and I thought there was too much feta cheese. I will make this again but use the suggestion of leaving out the feta cheese and just sprinking parmesan cheese on top. I will also half the cooking time.
