Chicken Pot Pie in a Shell
This one came out pretty well. It seemed to be only three servings as the pastries aren't very big, maybe three inches across. It tasted great, though.

Four Cheese Macaroni
I scaled it up for 25 people going away party at my wifes office. Apparently it went over so well that I've had at least seven or eight asking for the recipe. It was made according to recipe.
