Banana Bread
Fabulous! I had no eggs in the house, so I looked online and found this recipe. I modified a little, by using margarine instead of shortening and didn't have baking soda, so skipped it. I also used a 12 muffin pan and cooked for only 25 minutes. They turned out moist and tasty!
