Too Much Chocolate Cake

Very good but I would rather make a cake completely from scratch since it isn't that much harder.

Never have made a cake before this one and I chose to use it to make a three layer cake and it came out great! I would give it four stars for the taste but I figure that since it was my first one someone with experience could make this cake taste divine.

Chocolate Ganache

Used it both as a ganache and icing and both worked very well. Be careful to not over whip because it become very hard to spread (I just put it in the microwave for several seconds to make it easier to smooth and it worked very well!). I used the whip cream to go inbetween the layers of my cake and then on top, let it cool and then drizzled the ganache on top for a fluffy and rich taste.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This was hands down one of the best Pulled Pork sandwich I have ever had. However, I was really disappointed with how the leftovers tasted the next day... honestly they tasted mediocre at best so when you make this I would really recommend not leaving any leftovers.

Guacamole

Myself, my best friend, and his dad all hate guacamole but my parents like it and I thought I'd try something new... we all loved it! I hate everything about eating plain avocados but this was excellent!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Would give it three stars but I can really see potential in this considering I went with the cheapest cut of meat I could find. Really wish I spent the extra two or so bucks for a better cut to enjoy a much better meal.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

I'm not a big pork chops fan but I always like to mix it up a little bit and this recipe was excellent. I doubled the sauce like some people suggested and it turned out to be the perfect amount for my family of three (with just enough left over to drizzle over the extra chop and have for lunch the next day). I also decided to bake them since I thought it sounded harder to mess up and am glad I did. Very juicy and delightful :).

Pie Crust IV

I had never made a pie before and I decided to use this recipe as my pie crust. It was extremely easy to make and the crust turned out perfectly. Wouldn't change a thing to the original recipe.
