pretty good! i would maybe bake it first and then brush the sauce on because the skin was a little soggy, but otherwise the sauce was great!

yum!!!! this was SO delicious. Everyone gobbled it up, and now I'm making a second batch. The water bath does help a LOT. I would add more graham crackers for the crust, however...

Southwestern Egg Rolls

I made this and everyone loved it. I used the filling sauce parts to help the tortilla stick together when rolled instead of using a toothpick. I baked it in the oven like everyone said and it turned out great. My dad who is extremely picky said he LOVED it and that I should open up my own burrito shop he called it. I'm making a huge batch for this week so they can freeze it. Yummy recipe~
