Chantal's New York Cheesecake
yum!!!! this was SO delicious. Everyone gobbled it up, and now I'm making a second batch. The water bath does help a LOT. I would add more graham crackers for the crust, however...

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup
It tastes pretty good. I prefer it with less broth so that it has a thicker consistency...yummm...
