I discovered my love of cooking at a later time of my life but its intensity and need to become more proficient is overwhelming. Layering of flavor and the need to experiment with spices and herbs has become a great part of my life now.

My cooking triumphs
Baking braids of caraway rye and whole wheat bread every Christmas and Easter and Thanksgiving. Also my first try at Polish Golumki (they were awesome!!)
