Sausage Pasta

This was easy and delicious! I substituted kielbasa for the Italian sausage and grilled it on the grill before slicing and adding to the pan. I also used fresh spinach instead of frozen...cooked just long enough to soften. Will certainly make again.

Hot Pizza Dip

I made this last night to send to our son's youth group party. He came home with half the chips we sent. Apparently the dip was so good the kids were just eating it with a spoon! So from a group of hungry teens, this recipe receives a certain 5-star rating.

Megan's Granola

Best granola recipe we've tried! We use it as cereal in the morning or to make fruit and yogurt parfaits for a yummy treat. Can be adjusted to suit your taste.

Molasses Cookies

These were perfect for a the first cool day of fall and a huge hit. There are only two left and five of us eyeing them! Used butter and butter flavored Crisco to help them hold their shape and dark brown sugar instead of white. Feel free to add a bit more spices if you like a little extra kick. Great basic cookie recipe.

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Being a huge blue cheese fan, I couldn't wait to try this recipe. These are amazing! I have made them twice in the last month and garnered rave reviews. The second time I used gluten free cracker crumbs for my fil and you couldn't tell a difference. Certainly a new favorite.
