I used the meatloaf recipe from Denelle (The Best) and just made individual meatloaves using a cupcake pan. I let them cook for about 30 minutes or so. Took them out of the cupcake pan (because of the grease) and placed them into a cake pan. I iced them with home made mashed potoates, sprinkled them with shredded cheddar cheese and put them back into the oven until the cheese was melted.
