Quick and Easy Chicken
Excellent flavors. Sauce was too sweet - I would cut sugar in half, and reassess. I also added dry roasted peanuts and green beans. Excellent. Celery would be good, too.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
Absolutely delicious, but too much butter. A bit greasy and heavy. I would halve butter with chicken broth. Maybe a splash of white wine......for me and the broth.
