OMG these rolls are soooo delicious and "airy"! I've been reheating them in the microwave and they are still good. I froze half the dough and plan on making cinnamon rolls this weekend. Don't see why that shouldn't work out.

Basic Crepes

Soooo delicious! I did some w/ butter and syrup, and others with baby Swiss cheese and thinly sliced deli turkey...they were all extremely delicious!!! Simple, fool-proof recipe that everyone should try.

Quick Sunshine Cake

Light and tasty -- EXTREMELY satisfying!!! I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil (same amount) and it was truly delicious and you'd never know the difference if I hadn't told you.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

Extremely good! My boyfriend especially loved the bleu cheese gravy over his chops. We even put the gravy over steamed broccoli...yum, yum yum!!!

Crab Quiche I

I never even ate quiche before so I had very little expectations for dinner last night...but this crab quiche was to die for. I made 2 just in case it came out good....and we were all fighting for the crumbs of the first one last night. It was simple yet DEEEElicious! I will be making it a lot more in the future, and may try and make mini-quiches if I can find the mini unbaked pie shells. You really need to try it...very creamy and smooth!
