This was my first time making a pumpkin roll cake. It came out GREAT! I followed the directions except added a bit of pumpkin pie spice, maybe half of a teaspoon. Also, I rolled it in a pillow case. The cream cheese frosting is SO GOOD! Thanks for the recipe, it's delicious. I will be making these for people for Christmas!
