2996 5-star reviews cannot be wrong! And they weren't! I followed this recipe to the T (except used real pumpkin rather than tinned...MUCH more time consuming!) and had absolutely no problems at all with it. The 6 cupcake-style ones I made were gorgeous and didn't take long to bake. The rest was flung in a 9x9 stoneware baking pan and cooked beautifully in about 1hr 20m. Requests are coming from all from all and sundry to make for Thanksgiving AND Christmas! THANK YOU FOR ADDING THIS TO MY LIFE! :)

I'd always used the blue "Jiffy" box mix and after moving to England was distraugt! This is spot on!
