Buttery Soft Pretzels
These pretzels are outstanding! I rub a little melted butter on them when they come out of the oven and soooo good. Just like the mall pretzels at a fraction of the cost. There is no way we would be able to use 12 pretzles, so I form the dough into pretzel shape and freeze 1/2 the batch. When we want them, I let them come to room temp, dip in the baking soda bath and bake. They are as good as fresh made. My nephew asks me to make these all the time.
