Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits

We make these in bulk and freeze 'em. I have played with the recipe a little and added chives and garlic salt to them to give them more flavor for dinner - not quite Red Lobsters but not just buttermilk biscuits either.

General Tsao's Chicken II

I am not one for Chinese but my better half is a feen! So he made this for dinner, and adjusted the spice for me b/c I can't handle too much spice and we will definatley be making this again maybe w/ grilled/ poached chicken next time so it does better for leftovers!
