I have recently graduated from university and looking into starting up some form of a custom baking business starting with christmas baking. I love spending time outside, with my pets and being surrounded by family and friends. I love baking - Cookies, Cakes/Cupcakes, Squares, Butter Tarts. Have just started experimenting with canning by making my own jam and peaches. Pickled vegetables are next on the list. Also starting to dabble in making some food traditions like grandma used to make. Butter tarts and shortbread cookies at Christmas and Lithuanian Kugela, Rye Bread and Viteenis too. Making my first batch of Strawberry Jam and first Raspberry pie, all from scratch. Cinnamon Buns - Just can't get them right.
