To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Fabulous recipe. It can be turned into anything...the batter is an amazing and cost efficient start to almost any muffin flavor.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins
Nice crumb and very moist. Could use a bit more depth in my opinion...a bit more spice? Orange zest? crushed pineapple? something...but great recipe all in all.
