I'm 56, divorced, mother of two beautiful daughters who have blessed me with two beautiful grandchildren, a girl and a boy! I work and have recently bought a home. I'm still trying to figure out how to cook for one. I love Christ, he has really blessed my life! Right now I'm trying to get into new healthier recipes but just experiencing what I have on hand has alway been fun for me. In the past it was more "necessity". Took a long time to realize it was also joyful! Cajun I make a mean Crawfish Ettoufee! Not very calorie friendly however, but once or twice a year is ok! hahah!! A meatloaf........more like a soup!!
