Apple Maple Crumble Pie
Would give it 5 stars except following changes: tossed 6 apples with juice of half a lemon, 2 Tbsp tapioca and 1 tsp cinnamon, grated half a fresh nutmeg into topping. The best crumble from this site so far.

Pumpkin Pie Pudding
Used lowfat vanilla soy milk and multigrain pancake mix; excellent, easy, and the cooking smell is like an expensive scented candle!

Apple Crisp II
Doubled the topping; way too sweet even though I used tart Granny Smiths. Might be ok if you used an entire package of whole cranberries.
