Chicken With Mushrooms

Amazing. Followed the other suggestions and sauteed the mushrooms first, then added cream of chicken to broth. This was easy to make and delicious. A crowd pleaser at the fire station!

Yummy! I used frozen veggies and it turned out great. Just make sure you buy broccoli florets and not cut broccoli.

Smashed Cauliflower

Enjoyed this. A little too cheesey for my taste so I will use less cheese next time or use a milder cheese. I did not have any Vermont white cheddar. Used mild cheddar instead. My 2 y/o son loved it.
