Rosemary Baked Potato Wedges
Excellent. Will cut the potatoes smaller next time, but the flavor was great.

Chicken With Mushrooms
Amazing. Followed the other suggestions and sauteed the mushrooms first, then added cream of chicken to broth. This was easy to make and delicious. A crowd pleaser at the fire station!

Squash-Carrot Casserole
Very good. Good flavoring. I sliced carrots and cooked them with the squash instead of grating them.
