I am extremely self taught when it comes to baking and dessert making. I absorbed basic homecooking from my grandma and mother. I got into baking randomly, and I never knew I am so good at it. Desserts, desserts, more desserts, and desserts. I make every dessert you can name under the sun, they are my passion! I also love to make salads, and entrees. My family is not a group of kitchen smart people, only one or two are slightly above average cooks. Chiffon cakes, cheesecakes, mooncakes, biscotti, breads.... I can make a lot of good stuff. My kitchen is still a trial and error place, my cooking is still a bit of hit or miss sometimes, so tragedy still happens once in a long while.
