Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
SO good. I made a few of the adjustments recommended in other comments, like brushing the bottom crust with egg white (I hate soggy crusts!), baking at 350 the whole time to prevent scorching, and pouring 2/3 the sauce on the apples before putting on the lattice crust. I used the last 1/3 to drizzle the crust. I've been making pies my whole life but this is hands-down the best pie recipe I've ever used.
