I'm just a housewife for the time being and like to cook, and bake new things and make my Mr. try all the new things :) Although I'm still at my young age of 21, I have been cooking and taking many classes since I was about 10. i like to bake bread and any type of sweets, I have a BIG sweet tooth! Being from New Mexico, I know how to cook many new mexican food dishes like green and red chilie enchiladas, and tortillas with pinto beans etc. but my boyfriend being from Virginia and Alabama isn't too fond of the mexican food dishes, he misses his southern comfort foods, so I'm trying to learn and master all of his favorites!
