Zucchini Bread IV
This was really great...I made several small loaves and wrapped as christmas gifts for the ladies at work...I've been hounded ever since for the recipe.

Marshmallow Fondant
Tastes great...way better then store bought. Super easy; a little messy but for a beginner I had fun! Have used it several times already!

White Brownies
These were okay..nothing special; WAY TOO SWEET for me. But my kids liked them, go figure.
