World's Best Pasta Sauce!
Fantastic meat sauce!! I used 3 sweet italian sausages (casing removed). Added a couple bay leaves during simmering time. Definitely add the sugar as listed, it helps cut down on the acid in the tomatoes. I froze 4 containers for future meals. Adding "fresh basil" is a "plus flavor" ingredient I have tried your Lasagna, too, both of these recipes are exceptionally delicious! Add a salad, garlic bread, a glass of wine for a "Perfect Italian Dinner)!!!!!!!

Puppy Chow
I LOVE making this for my Grandson for an after school treat!! Like other reviews I used a whole bag of chocolate chips, a little extra peanut butter, 1/4 cup of butter and a tsp of vanilla. So much easier to Microwave than stovetop. I also like the idea of putting the mixture in the Fridge for awhile before tossing in the powdered sugar. I found that it helps coat the chex mix better! I will be making this "Puppy Chow" for a fund raiser at my Grandson's school. A cupful in a plastic ziplock bag will be a great idea for a treat to sell at this function!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This recipe is awesome!! So easy to make and makes a perfect amount for a small gathering! I had this for the first time at my Daughter's baby shower! I have to admit I am not a big beef eater, but after trying this it was soooo good, I had to make it myself! It has been a big hit with my Family. I have followed the advice to use Beef Broth instead of water, using onion powder instead of onion salt, and two packets of seasoning mix. I think these changes are a "must" for a delightful Italian Beef. The slower it cooks the better the flavor. I have even froze the leftovers and it takes just as good as when it was first made. This recipe is definetly a keeper!
