I've lived on this sailboat for thirty years. Together we've logged around 25,000 miles. The island in the background in the picture is Bequia. I tend to favor stove top dishes so the cabin doesn't heat up as much, but once the weather cools off some, it's back to baking more. I'll try anything. Meat pie. Pot roast. Chocolate chip cookies. The chocolate chip cookies. When I was in St. Croix, I was selling them and making $500 a week :) Cheese soup. Early on... I didn't realize you add the cheese gradually. Live and learn....
