I am Russian Canadian. My Mom is an amazing cook, there really is almost nothing that she can`t make. People are always raving about my mom`s dishes. I started learning to cook from mom at about age 9 and ever since then have been addicted to cooking/baking. Haven`t reached my mom`s level in a few dishes but for the most part watch out mom, there is a new star rising. My favorite things to cook are traditional Russian dishes, borsht, perogies, peroshkie, and more. I love to cook all types of food. Cooking is my passion, it's what I do when I'm bored, hungry, sad, happy anytime literally sometimes I`m up till wee hours cooking things. I love creating new dishes.
