Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

yummy and tasty! my hubby made himself sick from eating so much of it. for only 4 chicken breasts, you only need like half the called for amount of bread crumbs/parmesan. I ended up with about 3/4c. left over. alot of waste in my book. other than that i wouldnt change a thing.

Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon

Quite good, but i think that the sauce amount needs to be doubled. After cooking for a while on the grill, there really is not much left of it, and its so good! So, besides needing more of the sauce, this recipe has made me decide that salmon is actually quite good.

Blue Cheese Fried Potatoes

Deeelish! I completely forgot to add the bacon, but it turned out just fine. Fab all around! Oh, and i did double to amount of potatoes, which made it more like four servings, since I was figuring no way on earth would 2 potatoes feed 4 people.

This was quite good. Its does need to set for awhile after making it though to allow the flavors to meld. The hubby loved it and asked if i could make it again on the weekend.

Blueberry Monkey Bread

Quite tasty. i only used 3 cans of biscuits, and the layered it into a bundt pan. also downsized the butter to just one stick, and then only a half cup of sugar as well. plenty sweet, and oh so good!

yummy! my hubby was drinking gallons of water, but would not stop eating them! the recipe does need more than 8oz of cream cheese, probably 12oz would be enough.

Yummy! I added a few items, that i think boosted the flavor up another notch. I put in 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke and added a bunch of crushed garlic. So savory and flavorful!

Quite good and really moist! the first time i made them, i completely forgot to add the apples, but they were a really good pumpkin muffin, second time with apples...fab! i did not put the struesel topping on, since there was already so much sugar in them.

Spinach Ranch Salad

Fab! I didnt add the chicken to the salad, as i wanted to use it as a side dish to the meat dish. I did add a tomato as i had one laying around. This was so tasty! I didnt even want the main course, i could've just eaten salad for dinner!
