Sugar Coated Pecans
Incredible!! I did go with the suggestions. I used 2 egg whites, 2 tsp. of water and 1 tsp. of vanilla. I added the peacans to the frothy egg whites, water and vanilla and then just folded in the sugar, salt and cinn. They turned out so good I have plans to make them as gifts for the holidays. Thanks for the recipe!!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary
I stuffed the bird with half of a lemon, onion and rosemary. Rubbed the outside it with Olive Oil and seasoned it inside and out with salt, white pepper, garlic, and rubbed skin with the fresh chopped Rosemary. I cooked it as directed and it came out beautifully. The whole house smelled wonderful. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. I will make this again and again.

Orange Glazed Carrots
These turned out great due to a combination of suggestions and the original recipe. I simmered the carrots and made the sauce in a different pans and added 2 tsp. of cornstarch before bringing the sauce to a boil and then poured it over the drained carrots. It was excellent.
