My favorite things to cook
I have been intrieged by magic of baking. As I was growing up, my mom never had a real oven, so I was not very famliar with baking. But I have been trying different baked food on this website, and I am falling in love with it! It's just so fun to see doughs coming out so differently than when I put them in the oven.
My cooking tragedies
One time, I baked a kabocha squash pudding. I had made this at least 3 times previously, so I was pretty sure what I was doing. But about an hour later, this pudding came out bubbling and flowing out of the pan. I was so confused why it had done that. I tasted a spoon full, and it tasted so disgusting! I think the kabocha was spoiled...i didn't taste it before I continued baking...that was the way worst experience of my cooking career.
