Broiled Scallops
We used real garlic and served it with the quinoa with peas recipe. It was tasty, but nothing spectacular. In the summer, we grill them.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs
Gluten Free bread crumbs, parmesan or romano cheese, Italian spices, and minced onion or garlic make it even better!
