Banana Frittata
Okay - why flip when you can bake is my answer. I'm a notoriouly bad flipper so I melted the butter and oil (of which I only used half) and put the batter in evenly then placed the whole skillet in a preheated (very important) 375 oven. I let it bake about 10 minutes then broiled for only 30 seconds to brown the top. I came out lovely and is quite delicious. Can't wait to try with apples or pears.

Butterscotch Pudding II
Very easy recipe. I would suggest, for those that are getting a grainy texture, to heat the sugar and flour until the sugar starts to melt a little then add 1/4 of the milk and whisk until smooth. Follow the recipe as written after that. Whisking a lot and making sure that your sugar is fresh and not clumpy will make it smooth.

Easy Vodka Sauce
Love this recipe. Only change was to add a bit of garlic when I sauteed the onions.
