Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

What an elegant dish this made. I had no Asiago cheese, but substituted Parmesan and it was heavenly. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Best macaroni salad we've ever had! The only changes I made were to use a whole bag of fusilli pasta, 1/2 an onion, and 1/4 cup of sugar. I made a huge batch for a family BBQ, and needless to say there was nothing left in the bowl. Easy and delish. Bravo :)

Hot German Potato Salad III

It's amazing how food can bring back such great memories. I made this for Memorial day dinner. As soon as I put it all together, the smell of it made me cry because it reminded me of my Oma that would make this when she would visit from Germany. This recipe is fantastic.

Zippy Potato Soup

Absolutley delish!! This is what comfort food should taste like. I had no nutmeg on hand, but the flavor of this is just perfect without it for my taste. My hand held blender stick came in handy at the end to create a rough a mash. I can't wait until the husband comes home to have some. It's 9am and I'm half way through a big bowl of this. Thank you for such a wonderful winter soup.

Monster Cookies VI

Very good recipe. I made them 1/2 the size for my little girl for easier handling. My only problems was prying these off of the cookie sheet.

E-Z Drop Biscuits

These are so easy & tasty! I make them at least four times a week. I omit the cream of tarter, and they come out fine. I also put 1/2c of finely shredded colby/jack cheese in the mix. Plus these make awesome dumplings!! Thanks for such an easy shortcut:)

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Wow! I actually made cookies, and didn't ruin them. These were awesome!!! They taste just like my mom used to make. I CAN wait until hubby gets home, he'll devore them all.

Colorful Fried Rice

Yum! I knew this was a winner when my husband sat down to dinner, tasted this dish and was silent until every bit of rice was gone. Such a wonderful change of pace instead of the old ho-hum rice w/ gravy. Thanks for a great recipe.
